I have reviewed and agree to Greenlit Studio LLC’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the terms, deliverables, revision limits, production timeline, and other conditions applicable to the PitchPackage™ or service I purchased.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, either on my own behalf or on behalf of the individual, company, or organization identified in this order.
I represent that I own, control, or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to submit the screenplay, manuscript, treatment, artwork, photographs, logos, character references, music, recordings, trademarks, and other materials I provide to Greenlit Studio LLC for use in completing my project.
I understand that I retain ownership of my pre-existing intellectual property and source materials. Submitting materials to Greenlit Studio does not transfer ownership of my underlying screenplay, book, story, characters, or other pre-existing intellectual property to Greenlit Studio LLC.
I authorize Greenlit Studio LLC and its authorized contractors and production personnel to access, reproduce, edit, adapt, process, and otherwise use the materials I submit solely as reasonably necessary to develop, produce, revise, manage, and deliver the services and creative materials I purchased, subject to the applicable Terms of Service and project agreement.
I understand that Greenlit Studio uses human-directed traditional and digital production workflows that may include generative artificial intelligence and other third-party creative technologies. I authorize the use of such tools as reasonably necessary to perform the purchased services.
I understand that purchasing Greenlit Studio services does not guarantee representation, financing, investment, sale, production, distribution, publication, audience growth, festival acceptance, or that my project will ultimately be greenlit by any third party.
I understand that project timelines depend upon my timely submission of complete materials, approvals, feedback, and revision requests, and that delays caused by incomplete materials or delayed client responses may affect the delivery schedule.
Electronic signature consent
I consent to conduct this transaction electronically. I understand that checking the agreement box, entering my full legal name, and submitting this form constitutes my electronic signature and demonstrates my intent to be legally bound by this agreement and the incorporated terms to the same extent as if I had signed a paper document by hand.
